WOAH! That is a ton of great info for people that are starting planted tanks! I wish I had access to that article when i was making my decision on substrate.... Two methods I use in my tanks, and found work very very well is... flourite bottom, light gravel on top.... and soil with sand then gravel on top... My plants are growing at very fast rates!
