Gouramis are beautiful, the yellow fmales get VICIOUS when they get big. And lucky bamboo will rot eventually when kept fully submerged underwater ):

I had a tank full of 3-spot gouramis, bunch of females and one male. No aggression for me but every once in a while you'll end up with a bad egg. They're kinda like bettas, every once in a while you can get a nasty one.

aquaman-are you sure you're not dealing with diatoms? Cut the light for a couple days, whatever plants should be fine. Good rule of thumb, with the exception of anubias(and tiny plants), if the plants can't stand up on their own outside of the water chances are it's a semi-aquatic plant. Tank looks good, I'm sure the gouramis are very happy now.
