Hi Chad,
I assume you mean the 'umbrella' like plants? It's difficult to tell from this distance but it looks like possibly Cardamine lyrata. It is not an uncommon plant, Florida Aquatic Nursery grows it so it could show up from time to time at LFS.

Hydrocotyle Vulgaris looks more like the plant in my posted picture. I searched the web/photos. It seems this plant grows more as a terrestrial plant?

hydrocotyle verticillata may also give you a similar look. it grows equally well in and out of water.
