Came in as an extra in a shipment along with a clump of Stargrass. But it is not Stargrass. My shipper says he doesn't have bloOd Stargrass so that's out(?).  I am waiting to see what he might think it is now that I sent him a picture but that could be a couple days. Anyone want to take a shot at identifying this plant.

Definitely a stem, turning yellowish orange as it reaches toward the light. Thin straight leaves, no texture. Many side shoots, looks like it will be a fast grower. I got the plant as just a couple leaves in a stem so this is about a month of growth.

Hi fishNAbowl,

It is a little hard to tell from the picture; about how long are those leaves? It looks like it could be Hygrophila lancea which is a quick growing plant with upright stems

I grabbed this off he users profile the plants where purchased from. This isn't a 100% ID but the smallest of stems off the plant in this picture look really close to what I have. Again, not 100% and I still don't know the name. Rotala H ra was used in the forums thread. I looked up this plant. Could it be a possibility?

Maybe ludwigia arcuata? The guy I got it from is unable to ID... So I'll just keep growing it. Perhaps when it doubles in size we can get a solid ID. I am hoping for H. Lancia or a type of Hygro.
