curious why the wait

My JD fry just became free swimmers and wanted to post the you tube vid. wondering why the 7 day wait as a new member? Just curious.

It is common for forums to have a waiting period so that porn doesn't get posted. It used to happen all the time.

pr0n, spam, trolls, you name it. Most of them don't want to wait around...

I joined up another forum and they made my first three post go through an admin before they went up. I thought at first they did this with all the posts and almost quit. They dont tell you this in the introduction to the site.

I find it funny that there still is this limit when other limits have been removed. As an example, people can start an account and post a for sale as their first post now.

can see the reasoning behind it. just never seen it, member of oscarfish.com , MFK. and others and first thing peeps want to see are your fish, post some pics!

The site should allow you to post pics and youtube videos (as youtube, not URLs), just not URLs. Did you try using the youtube video button? I wanna see those fry!

just black ceramic gravel, its not porous so easy to vacuum and keep clean. and the jags seem to find easy to dig up and pile around for pits. which is fine. dig all they want, keeps the tank tilled per say, I will be leveling it back out again Saturday, be pilled up again by Monday.
