Do you have chickens? From you post it sounds like you just found them in your yard.
They are pretty young yet. keep us posted how they are doing.

Thanks guys, yes I have chickens. There were two duck nests that I wasn't aware of and these two chicks along with another one I found a couple days later were hatched out by the ducks and left to die. Chicken eggs hatch faster then duck eggs so the ducks knew they weren't theirs and kicked them out.

Well what are the chickens doing laying eggs in the ducks nest! Must be trying to get out of taking care of their own?
