Wild Umbees Spawning

My opinion they are still WC. If your 2WC parents spawned in the lake, the fry would be WC.so they spawned in your tank instead. Still WC imo.

Fry are now free swimming and mom is doing an awesome job. F1 Rio Mags coming to a tank near you

Fry are doin great and mom and dad umbee are awesome parents thus far. The male lets the female do all the work and he keeps to himself which seems to be working great. fry are eating crushed pellets very well and id guess there to be 50-75 fry. heres a video, had some fun playing with the editing. thanks

Seattle23 got a couple WC's in that order also, and his just dumped out a ton of eggs, too.

I still want 1 of your males.

gonna be lots of umbees up here in the northwest soon. the other males are still available if your down here and want to pick one up.

Just thought I would pass this along since it kind of relates: there was an Umbee for sale at Aquarium Paradise yesterday afternoon..... about 3.5-4 inches long. though I can't remember the price, sorry

Thanks, he has been there a while. The little ones in the tank next to him are my fry. That umbee at AP is just your avg blaw looking umbee. Sorry.

The ones we are talking about are wild caught, and there i is no comparison when it comes to color and overall appearance.
