sick black neon

I've got one that may be eggbound,,, I don't think its bloat, been isolated for 4 days no better or worse only feeding very little spirulena flakes (for digestion) not sure if it is eating or not,,,swims fine , but is fat as hell. any suggestions??

Feed him peeled peas split in half, feed him strictly these for a week (up too three weeks) twice a day as much as he will eat..
I have used this method for bloat and it works..
Also check your water parameters and make sure they are appropriate for the Black Neon...
