Better Late Than Never
Hey guys, I've been floating around the site for a couple months now and I figured I should probably go ahead and introduce myself!
I'm Lucas, I live in North Seattle and this is technically the second fish tank I've ever had. I'm starting out with fresh water, and am considering going into salt sometime in the distant future.
Right now I have several types of fish mixed into my 55 gallon. Several versions of Apistos (my favorite), a couple rams, several tetras of various types, a black ghost knife, couple algae eaters and even an African dwarf frog.
I'm also in the process of adding more live plants and getting rid of the plastic. Which reminds me, I have a TON of water lettuce and guppy grass now that I added the Ray Planted+, so let me know if anyone wants to trade anything for some!
I've had some minor problems with Ich along the way, and have this reoccurring problem with high ammonia levels (dispite large and frequent water changes), but over all it seems to be a pretty healthy and happy tank. All of the fish I have chosen seem to get along pretty well. I've attached some pictures, suggestions and constructive criticism is welcome! Thanks.
P.S.- I love Apistos, so if anyone has any for sale that I don't currently have, I'll most likely want them!
