Baby pleco tummies (pics)
Came across these while I was looking through some old pictures and thought I'd share. It looks like they had plenty to eat.

Awesome looking! Hopefully I will get to see some of these soon-ish. Trying to find LF bushy nose plecos.

I think the babies are cute -- I even think the adults are.

Re: Baby pleco tummies (pics)
Me too! I have what I believe is a starlite bushy nose, or partial, it has the white tips on the ends of its tail. I contacted the guy I got her from to find out for sure since he bred them. I am going to get into breeding bushy noses myself. A LFS said they will give me $3 a piece for any that I can produce. So I guess they are pretty interested!

I can try and get one. She's a sneaky thing lol. She likes to hide in small spots or the back side of her driftwood. I will try and get a pic though. May take me a bit. If the cats jump from their window look out it startles her and she zooms to her open log to hide out and then it's just a waiting game lol.

She looks similar to this:

But with white on the tips of her fins like this: (not as much on the dorsal)

Here is the best picture I could get of her. Of course her fins are down from hiding from me so you can barely see the white on her fins.

She's a cute one! I don't know if that's a starlight or not though. From the pictures I've seen, yours doesn't have the same type of white spots, but I'm in no way an expert!
Mine are similar to yours with the white on their tails, but mine don't have the white on the dorsal, or at least not enough to really notice.
Here are a few of them enjoying some tasty green beans. You can see the white on their little tails.

Yeah I'm wondering if she is a hybrid maybe with the white on her dorsal. I'm not sure though :/ I love the babies! They are so stinking cute!! I can't wait to grow some!! Too excited now!

Re: Baby pleco tummies (pics)
Nice one, fishyladdy. This is my favorite boy. I'd guess he's close to 6 inches. I've had him for several years now and he's fathered so many babies.

Re: Baby pleco tummies (pics)
Actually, I'm terrible at estimating size. He might not be that big. I'll get a better estimate tomorrow. I think they can get up to 6 inches though. He's way bigger than any of the females or albino males.
