Baby Cajuns!
It's been a long time since I've had baby dwarf cajun crays in my tanks. I'm not sure if these "count", since 2 of the females I received a week and a half ago were berried, but the eggs survived and hatched. I now have a bunch of tiny, baby cajuns running around in half of a divided 10g with 5 adults in with them. This has been a recipe for no survivors in the past, so I put in some small chunks of aquaclear filter foam and weighed down a bunch of guppy grass in various places to provide extra hiding spots for them.
This one was hanging out near the front glass in front of a piece of foam, so I grabbed a photo. You can see a second baby toward the left, slightly out of focus. Hopefully they survive!

Thanks everyone!
I counted at least 7 of them this morning pretty close to the front glass. So far so good...

Re: Baby Cajuns!
And now I'm up to my ears in these little guys The babies are having babies!
I'm trying to get a striped male to breed with my adult females but I'm not having much luck with it. He lost a claw (even though he's quite a bit bigger than them) and the females didn't berry up
