Amano shrimp pictures
Just wanted to share some pics I just took of my Amano shrimp. I have 6 of them and they seem to have made this piece of bog log their home. It has lots of nice hiding places underneath, and probably plenty of biofilm & algae all over the Anubia that I have attached to the wood. As a bit of a bump for Cory, everything you see in these pics was acquired @ Aquarium Co-Op in Edmonds!

They seem happy to me, what do you guys think?
Enjoy!

Great photos LuminousAphid! I'm curious, what did you use to take those photos? They look stunning!
Re: Amano shrimp pictures
I used my roommate's Canon Digital Rebel... XT? I think it's an XT. It's really nice though, she has a decent telephoto lens that gives nice depth of field when it's zoomed in like it is.
also, chiclid-gal, do you happen to want or have space for any of the Blue Tetra? They have gotten big (I have been spoiling them with lots of live and frozen food! ) and sort of outgrown this little 20 gallon. I have 11 of them in there, and at 1"-1.5" each, they are getting a bit cramped, and I don't have any bigger tanks to put them in.

Shucks...that's the problem. I'm not sure what tank they could go into for me. The one that would be good is a 20G also. Then I jump to 72/75/125G's but those mostly have aggressive types of cichlids in them. Not many are laid back. My community already has tetras so I wouldn't want to add them there.LuminousAphid wrote:I used my roommate's Canon Digital Rebel... XT? I think it's an XT.
