Has anyone resealed any tanks before? I am looking at buying a 125g tank for super cheap and all the glass looks good except it leaks and needs to be resealed. Any thoughts. How much does the sealant cost? Where do you get it. How much do you need? Any special tricks or is it self explanitory. Thanks

Piece of cake. Strip all old silicone off, clean with rubbing alcohol. Use painters tape, and silicone 1 from home depot. 2 tubes should be enough.

Thanks for the info madness! Just resealed the 125 according to that link and the Silicone I and it turned out flawless and was quite simple. Spot On
