How to care for java moss?
Does this plant need special care? I want to grow a few feet so I can lay it out on the entire floor of the 180G.
I don want to use substrate, but I'll need to, right?
Any input is appreciated.

Re: How to care for java moss?
Nope. Java moss is probably one of the easiest plants to care for! It doesn't grow in substrate; it's actually considered a floating plant, but if set on gravel it will "root" itself to it.. Most people tie it down to some sort of aquarium safe wood. Just make sure it gets at least an hour of light each day Here's a great article on it:
