The algea is a constant battle, that is corealine algea and is the good kind, you still have to keep it scraped off the front glass but I leave it all over everything else. The blue fish is a Powder Blue, and they are in my opinion one of the most beautiful fish you can see!

nice looking setup & pretty fish.
algea certainly seems to be a constant issue - freshwater or saltwater.
please keep us updated with pics of your tank

Re: 75g Saltwater with a few corals
Finally took a few more pictures today, this was in the morning before the lights had hit full power, so I think the color looks a little dull...and I've decided I really need to spend some money this coming week and get some more stuff into this tank! I've had the tank continuously running for 10 years but it spent some time really bare, and I'm only about 2 where I haven't moved and have had some stability for the tank, but its coming along nicely, just got the new LED lights up a few weeks ago so now its time for some new corals and fish!!!

They are fast little brats that only pause to look at you when you DON'T have a camera

The chromis and tang hang out together and swim in the current, its pretty cool to watch
I promise there are coral in the pictures, this was morning and my (kenya)(maybe tree of life) tree isn't really awake and the ricordea mushroom doesn't photograph real well. Speaking of ricordea, any advice on placement for this thing? Maybe flow too? Just switched to the LED like I said and I've had less than stellar results with my mushroom since then, tried a couple different spots except really low and nothing seems to help, ideas?
