Re: My 120 Corner Tank
Different for sure and sparked an idea.
Setting up a tank that looks like its under a old dock. You could find something that look like old pilings set them at random in the tank for the fish to swim around. Then make the surface have a dock board look with light shinning through the cracks. Hard to explain but do you get the idea? Would look pretty cool for you big fish keepers!
Maybe thats the look he was going for?

Re: My 120 Corner Tank
Reminds me of the giant tank at Cabela's in a scaled down version. Kind of what JimA was talking about with the pilings.

Re: My 120 Corner Tank
So they are rain gutters.... I drilled them siliconed rocks to them front and inside so that each whole is a cave to itself. This gives them the caves that they desire yet leaves the entire sand bed for shell dwellers or sand sifters. I have created community African tank that will house multiple species giving each its own space in the tank.

Looks good! I've seen the gutters used horizontally as a background before, but these look really cool. Nice idea.
