What type of Arowana is this?

I bought a Silver Arowana, but mine is showing a fair bit of color...

He's darker than the pics lead on but it was taken by my cell phone camera.

Normal Silver Arowana.

Any idea when he looses the colorings? Right now he's actually pretty, but they just get kind of generic when they are the big ones I see in all the fish stores around...

I noticed they usually loose the pretty pink colors on their fins around 8- 12 inches

Hahaha posted a thread on mfk cause I didn't know mine either at the time. It was darker then most and it's fins weren't pink they where yellow. Caused alot of arguments on that site. Didn't mean to lol. But yep it's a very very nice silver arowana. 
