i just ot a small 20 in "silver" arowana but it has a lot of red on fins and tail the owner said it was legal and silver but fed him a lot of beta carotene

someone let me know please

Yes, a silver is legal. If it wasnt a silver it should have run you at least $1500 at the minimum and I doubt any Asian Aro's will be sold like that.
