Shooters
Just an FYI. I went out to marksman out in puyallup and seen a nice little sell on ranger rounds. Anyone who shoots knows how much ammo went up in price. The sale is for Winchester ranger rounds. They are what the old black talons used to be. The sale was for, 9mm, 9mm+p, .40, .45, .45+p, .45+p+.
I could be wrong but I think they also had some .380 rounds too. I forgot though.
They are about 25 bucks for a box of 50. It isn't a normal sale just overstock. So I suggest anyone out there shooting pick some up it's a good price.

Re: Shooters
Yeah I needed rounds for my XD and started drooling in there. Tax return can't some soon enough. Looking to get my ar real soon. Seen some nice .308 assualt rifles too. Looking to slowly build one up. They have a river rock .308 the name started with an L but I forget what it was called. Came with red dot sight rail guards the whole bit ready to go for just under 1900.00. Also was eyeballing the XDM. I need more pistols. Lol.

Re: Shooters
Are these actual defense rounds or target rounds?

I pick up 9mm fmj , on lucky gunner, 2000 rounds for $200. Brass case. good for target shooting. And reusable brass. Much better than range prices. I need to start bulk purchasing 45 ammo.

Re: Shooters
So I just took a look at the site. And as far as I see it does have some
good deals for target rounds. But for actual defense round I believe they actually break even. Unless they do free shipping or flat rate. 1,000 rounds is heavy. And then they have to ground ship them since they can't ship on aircrafts (last I bought ammo online). They had the same Winchester rangers for my .40 at $23.00 for a box of 50. I paid about $25.00 minus the shipping. So about even there with no wait. But then again that's just the sell there normally at like $30.00 give or take at marksman.
Ok on to another question. Where can I shoot? Where is it legal to just open up? I know that all the ranges have rules on rapid fire. Where is a nice state land area? Around the pierce county area.

Re: Shooters
Yeah shipping does add up, but its expected to with online purchases, no sales tax helps though. I dont need bulk self defense rounds though. One box per caliber for conceal carry .I have hurd you might be able to shoot on bml land . But, out door areas that are free and public are hard to find.
