Do you have family there or anything? I say you ship some asian aro's home while you're there Just kidding I wouldn't take a risk like that lol. Are you going to be updating your blog while you're there or do we have to wait until you get home ? Have a good trip!

some of you may know, that Hong Kong is not a friendly place to take pictures, especially when it involves their business...so, some of the shots may look like i quickly, ninja styled, spyishly had to snap shot really fast.
i didnt want to get caught and be told to leave from a....LFS.
the area is TUNG CHOI - better known as: gold fish street in prince edwards.
see that arowana in that plastic bag?
my new prefilter!
stainless steel 15" tweezers for only 55 HKD! - $7
68 hkd=$8.94. 48hkd=$6.31
OMFG - one shop had nothing but aggressive turtles! saw a alligator snapping turtle for about $30!!!
cichilds!

WOW! it would be so much easier to keep them in a tank... instead the owner probably has to dump them out every couple days, and rebag them with fresh water.... I love it!! no need to wait to have them bag your fish when its already there on the wall! lol...... just an amazing selection too! very very very cool pictures, thanks so much for uploading!

I just googled and wikipedia-ed Mata Mata's. Their not even on any endangered list, nor are they even listed for vulnerability or concern of being endangered. I say find out if they are and get one!

I'm using a nikon d5000, nikor 70-300 lens with a tiffen polarizer that day.
Yeah, HK is one of the cities that has endless sweet rides. I've been seeing lots of different GTR's, all different custom styles.
I hope I can bring back something live. Man, ive been eyeing that alligator snapping turtle!!

Oh, I was told they were when I wanted to buy. This store in Evertt "Seattle Reptiles" had one for like $800 when I asked why thats what they said. Good to know that they aren't but still to pricey for me.

I own a classic '88 crx and had high hopes to see a new 2010 si.. but they only made this low power (122hp) car and incorporated the engine in so many components that a motor swap it not realistic. That one looks pretty cool with the body kit though.

Miss my fishes.
Can't wait to go home, feed and conduct a WC for them.
Since I've been staying in hong kong; my GF has been taking care of them. Very unfortunate that I lost 1 guppy, 1 Cory cat, 3 lobsters, 2 pearl scale angels, part of my glass lid cracked.
I really hope she is doing her utmost best care, because she believes a betta can dwell in a bowl without filtration and a heater throughout it's life. Haha.
I guess, no vacation next year?

As I was checking on my flight on the flight information board, a group of photographers and 2 camera men, plus 2 female interviewers ran up to a young female. May be she is famous; I don't know for sure.
I got a video of it all, post later.
