Can I feed my Africans Spirulina Brine Shrimp on a continual basis? It's made by Hikari.

In moderation yes. You don't want to overfeed them. Less is more. You'll still want to add in other things to make a complete diet. But yes you could put like a cube of brine, some pellets, etc all in each day or week etc.
