My emersed setup update
Everyone was sharing there emersed start ups, I thought I would share mine as well. It should be an unlisted Youtube video so it shouldn't link my other one just like it that is more sales oriented.

Re: My emersed setup update
Finally got the true Dwarf Pennywort.
I believe this one is hydrocotyle Vulgaris. Got it off of a pond plant website. It's about 1/3 the size of the H. Verticillata.
So in the aquarium it should grow pretty short and compared to the H. Verticillata.
Hydrocotyle Verticillata: Grows pretty tall emersed

Same Species submerged grows smaller caps and much smaller but get somewhat leggy.

The new dwarf version: These were grown emersed yet they seem pretty short to start so I'm excited to see how they will look submersed.

Interesting, your plant looks like it grows much bigger than mine does emersed in size of the caps or submersed in it's height. Strangely, I think I may have sold you those as well. It just goes to show you that a plant can present differently under different growing conditions. I would be interested in seeing how your h. vulgaris grows submersed.

actually the larger Veriticillatas I got from fleabay a few months ago, it looks like it was pulled from someones pond. But the Vulgaris should grow a bit more attractive submersed
