The one with ta black strip looks kinda like a black neon tetra, the other could be a runny nose?

Yea the one with the black is the one im not sure. The other is a rummy nose Smile

It looks like a Black Neon Tetra that is currently paled out, mine look that way when I first turn on the lights.

Edit: I can't tell from the picture, but if it has a greenish-silver streak just above the black then it is most likely a black neon.

Just a couple of guesses:
penguin tetra or black emperor tetra? I haven't done community fish in a long time, so take this with a grain of salt lol.
