Re: My Man Eaters
I've ALWAYS wanted a black ghost knife. They're gorgeous! What kind of filtration do you have on the 55? I know that knives can be really sensitive to ammonia, so how does he do with the goldfish?

Re: My Man Eaters
the filer on the 55 is just a basic one that comes with the tank kit for it i got the 55 for christmas but the 90 gallon has a cascade canister filter which im not to impressed by and as for the goldies in the tank the first day the bigger one kept trying to nip at the knife but now they have lost interest in him and leave him alone... i was looking for a royal knife but i cant find them anywhere or anyone that can get them even

BEAUTIFUL DOG!!!!!! Should have mine posted in a pic to. Used to have a Pacu and it was a very fun fish that out grew everything I had and found a new home with HUGE tanks.

What are the future plans for that Pacu? That 90g will not last that long....

Man, I responded to a newbie bringing up a dead thread.
I still wondered what happened to the Pacu after 2yrs since it was already 11" at that time.

Re: My Man Eaters
I have learned lots of things from the older information on here and have been encouraged to browse the site and learn more. Hope I didn't offend anyone by commenting on it. Being a dog person, I wanted to compliment them on their dog. This site is full of information and ideas - plus great photos. Exactly what the fish people need. Everyone was a newbie here once. Lots of fish stories to enjoy, thanks to everyone for sharing them.
