Any Brackish Tank Keepers? Empty Any Brackish Tank Keepers?

Most likely will be purchasing a tank soon and included with it are a couple of bumblebee gobys. As cute as those little buggers are I'd prefer they go to a home where they can be in brackish. And yes I know they can live in fresh, they are now, but they won't thrive. So I'm just curious if there's any brackish tank owners out there.

Also I've been reading some info on the peacock gudgeon(AKA peacock goby) and the majority of sites say they should be in fresh, is this true?

Nevermind, jerk sold the tank after he said I could have it.

I would be interested to know of any brackish owners out there though in case I ever end up with brackish fish.

I realize it's moot now, but I kept a peacock gudgeon in freshwater and she seemed to do just fine. I sold it to Kaosu last month and she recently told me the fish is doing well in her freshwater tank as well.

Thanks, I couldn't really find anything that said they should be in brackish but I had always thought most species of goby were brackish.

peacock gudgeons are not gobies though they are closely related to gobies , there are tons and tons of typs of gobies that are fresh water, Infact there is a type of bumble bee gobies that are 100% fresh breed and thrive in it.

peacock gudgeons are 100% fresh
