I am making a 3D background for my new tank. I would like to use vinyl baseboard that you sometimes see in commercial applications. It is just black vinyl. I am wondering if anyone knows if this leech in to the water. I was going to use the yard edging but it comes in sizes way more than I need. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
