Laser light or 9v? Empty Laser light or 9v?

How many of you guys have taunted your fish with a laser pointer? Mine react like a dog chasing it around.

Another one that I have not tried yet as my wife freaked at the idea it to dip a little 9v battery in the tank... supposedly the fish swim faster. (just trying to stir up the forums)
