So this is my first breeding pair.
So i have been reading a lot of articles on it.

What is a good website for me to reference.

Or do you have any suggestions for me?

Not sure about a website to reference.... But, I have heard they are horrible parents and you pretty much gotta pull the eggs and raise them yourself if you want them to survive.... good luck, and keep us updated.

Pictures would be awesome too!

pull the eggs out after you are sure the male is done fertilizing. the eggs need to be in a small tank like a 5 or 10 gallon. tank with an airstone, an antifungal like methylene blue. 50% water changes everyday. and once they are free swimming about day 7 you should start hatching brine shrimp to feed for the first 2 weeks. You kinda have to be set up for it but it is fun. Love this hobby.

You can leave the eggs with the parents. If they are a good pair they will care for them up to a week or so after they are free swimming, then move the parents out.
If you have a good pair let them do all of the hard work for you Wink
