My new Loaches, so adorable I had to share
Well I turned my 40 gal tank into a coldwater tank. Occupants are gold longfin and zebra striped danios and these guys. These are Tiger Hillstream Loaches. I fell in love with these guys as soon as I saw them. IMO they are just adorable.
First pic is them in the bucket being acclimated.

We have a pair of them in the community 10g and I love them! They do tend to hide a lot when the lights are on but if you have a low light setting they'll come out plenty.

Those are the coolest looking fish. Where can I find me some? How big do they get?

Oh very cute! I wish I could get some but a cold water tank is impossible in FL without a chiller.
Keep us posted with how they do!

Now just remember, these are cold water fish. Not tropical. They will not like water temps over 74/75 degrees.
