I have this plant in my tank and I forgot what it is. Can anyone tell me what it is and how I can manage it. It seems like its growing 6 inches a week.

I clip it in half and throw out the bottom "old" looking parts.

any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hornwort? Cabomba? Can you describe the leaf structure?

Probably Hornwort.  If so it is kinda stiff or rigid.  Also has s distinctive pungent odor when you pull it out of the water and smell it.  good for sheltering small fry....guppies, etc.
