I hear you.. I am still pissed about our superbowl stolen by the refs against the Steelers haha.

We play our offense pretty sloppy from time to time but it is mainly because the other team is watching hours upon hours of tape and know what we are most likely planning. We usually come up with something to gain our momentum back.

I was thinking that we play the first half by the book, to figure out what the other team is doing, huddle up at halftime to come up with a plan, screw it up on the third while we figure it out, then finally on the fourth quarter everything comes together along with a few miracles. Today's game caught me at a dinner though, so I couldn't watch beyond what I could sneak from the radio here and there. I caught the end of the game at a gas station on my way home... 5 cars parked at the station, all in the cars, no one getting gas. As soon as browner stopped that play, all 5 cars opened up and we all started jumping up and down in the middle of the gas station! Great hawks moments happen everywhere!

It's because we were missing Okung and Giacomini out on the edges. You can't do well with a rookie backup at Tackle.

Seahawks are lucky to be 7 and 1 right now. I know the radio keeps spouting how they are a super bowl team, but the offense needs to get a whole lot better. Defense saved that game last night, big time!

True... but one way to look at it, even when the 'Hawks play horribly, they still win

Will need to see how they play when they get back Okung, Giacomini, and Harvin before I call them a superbowl team.

They were pretty strong offensively when Okung and Giacomini were playing earlier in the season. It's all a matter of when they get back! (and can the backups hold on to dear life for that long)

Harvin... man I can't wait to see that guy in seahawks blue.

Just got an alert on my phone. Sidney has a torn ACL.  

No more vikings receivers!!! They are too fragile. First Burleson, then Rice, now Harvin ...  

Sad deal, Rice is a great player but maybe some of the other "great" receiver's Seattle has, can see more action. Or maybe give it ta Lynch for a change. Good heavens what did he get like 5 carries last night, he wants the ball give it to him, Wilson going for 2 tries in the end zone is a waste of a guy like Lynch! There is a reason they call him the BEAST..

I agree on rice being a bummer, but we have lots of backup on that position. Kearse and Willson have been solid. That's partly because Lynch is getting all the attention from the defense, leaving those wide receivers open. When he scores the most yards, is when Wilson starts to connect on long plays to the wide receivers, and the defense stops going after Lynch and chasing Rice/Tate, freeing up Lynch to beast it up. I think it's the Seahawks' catch-22: Pass it so you can use lynch, use lynch so you can pass...

I do not envy Carroll and Bevell's jobs, trying to balance these guys out!

Good point! Then add missing 2 starting lineman to help blocking doesn't help either.. Honestly I think they still have a run at the Super Bowl, but once the Playoffs start it's a whole other game.

I really hope they don't rush Harvin. When he's healthy he's going to be an awesome addition to the team. I know Rice hasn't been doing that great but it still stings when you see one of the guys go down. I agree that given a chance that Kearse and Luke Wilson will be bomb!

I hope Kearse steps up, because he's also a great blocker on those screens ... plus blocked a punt and had a kick off return for a touchdown in the preseason, which means he's capable of it. Plus, he's a dawg.

Oh I'm still a seahawks fan. They converted me. It's just that I grew up a Falcons fan since da is from Georgia. I still cheer for the home team though, so no worries.

Totally agree. Plus he shouldn't be hitting the salary issues as much when #3 starts getting paid what he's worth!

After last year, I was almost a falcons fan too... but without Julio this year they are too hard to watch :(I feel your pain bro.

Yeah, with all their injuries this year, they are done. I mean losing to the Jets and Cardinals was just brutal. So this year Seahawks get full attention!!!

That playoff game last year was tough on me too.

After watching that near hail Mary pass and kick... I went home, pulled out a big cheesecake and beer, and watched the LoTR trilogy back to back... I almost cried about the game the but then Frodo saved the day!
