Both these pairs are amazing. The fish in your 2nd video , WOW!
I do not know what you are going to do with these offspring but if you're raising them to re-home I sure would appreciate the opportunity to raise a parr.

I like that pipe you used for them to spawn with. I never thought of giving my fish a vertical surface to lay eggs on.... Very cool

Lucky. My angels spawned but im in Hawaii till tomorrow and probably are eaten by parents or starved too death.

HAd 2 more pairs going again today due to the evening/morning thunder storm.... A a pair of Apisto (orange flash)...

To bad I submitted the POM (photo for this month). Here is a picture of a proud Papa guarding his new spawn.... Look at them fins.... WOW!!!

Some say that the change in barometric pressure causes fish to want to spawn; That and a good water change at the same time helps also. Same thing happens in the wild with the rainy season big temperature change in the region along with and cold rain water. (Also helps to have a drip system in my fish room)

New Pair on there 2nd spawn. I have 9 day old free swimmers from them so it will be a while....
