new f1 honduran jaguar cichlid pair

just drove out to seattle for these guys! the males 8 inches and the female is 7 inches. they are super gold for some reason but let me know what you think?

Are you sure that they are Honduran Jags?  Honduran jags are much darker, have an almost black dorsal with a blueish hue to the fins.  Like this:

Yours could be stressed out too.  How long have you had them?

i like that close up shot on their faces..... how much did you get them for?

i know for sure that the dad was a wild honduran but the mom was just brought from an unknown spot in SA. i also got these guys for $30

i will also try that tip out on my next post madness

oh sorry madness ive only had them for 3 days so they are just starting to dig and get comfertable
