Anyone have or ever heard of these shrimp? Do a google search on them as they are new to the u.s. fish trade.

I know a few fishboxers (me included) have some of these. I have a five gallon dedicated to them and some cajun's crays.

I think I remember seeing them change colors to different tanks too (like when I compared mine to pbmax's at his place). They sure are some good and hardy shrimp (By hardy I mean they managed to live with me and that's saying something LOL).

mine are in a planted tank with tons of fish that eat them in a 40g..they out breed all the hungry mouths.

They live in just about every tank I have ..witch is saying allot seeing that all other shrimp die in our tap due to trace amounts of copper.

they even breed out of control in our betta tanks.

interesting little shrimp.

Indeed; I have 2 tanks with malawa - they're indestructible and breed like mad Smile They range from nearly clear to striped kind of like tigers to rust- or blue- colored.
