Brevis Colony from Anthraxx
Thanxx Antharaxx...!
I just picked up my 3rd Evolve8 nano tank from Anthraxx yesterday. I've really gotten to like the style. So after a dinner conversation with some friends at our house Friday night at which my lovely wife mentioned we really shouldn't buy any more aquaria (she may have been a little more assertive than that...!), I went over to Anthraxx's to pick up some shells for the little N. multifaciatus tank I have set up with fish from Angelman. Well, when I got there, I spotted the N. brevis in Anthraxx's living room and he said they were for sale. We struck a deal and I went on my way home with another tank. So to keep my wife happy, and helping me out, my buddy Stan, who'd gone with me, explained to her that I bought the fish and Anthraxx gave me the tank to keep them in...! So Anthraxx, if you make it to the SWAP, stick with the story please!!!!
This moning the tank is clear as crystal and Mom, Dad, & the fry are out and about. Thanks for the tip on the Discus Bio-Gold. They are eating fine. So I now have my second grouip of shellies!

Re: Brevis Colony from Anthraxx
ya np and i totally understand . wats a fish tank between fish buddies.. haha. just grind up that discus bio gold and feed it to the fry. it works great on all of them and keeps my tangs in peak breeding condition . glad my fish went to a good home and i hope they work out well for you ron.
PS: to any reading this PLEASE make sure your tangs can take all the extra protein bits that the discus bio gold has. otherwise u can bloat up your fish pretty bad. ive accidentally used it on my mbuna fry and man did they balloon up .

I did grind the bits between my fingers and watched them eat. Feeding them some Repashy gel food right now. The high Spirulina content one.
I'm going to get some Repashy meaty food from Cory Saturday at the SWAP. He'll be able to advise me which to get.
