Posting in correct section
A little bit of a rant...
When trying to sell fish I always have my ad bumped down the list by people who think they should post WTB (want to buy) under the Livestock for Sale section instead of the clearly marked section of Wanted Fish/Items. Could we work on this? Maybe the moderators could help by moving these to the appropriate section?
Please... Thank you.

Not that it happens often in the for sale area, but there is also a separate section for Free Stuff.

Re: Posting in correct section
Ok, looking at the last 20 postings under the Freshwater Livestock for Sale we have:
Free or F/T x1 (The section says trade... not free , not sure on this one)
Free x1
Adopt x1 (I think this should be under the free section otherwise the fish are "for sale" if any money is involved to "adopt")
wtb x3
So 1/4 of the posts in that section are in the wrong spot. I think its a bit unfair as a seller to be allowed one bump per week with things categorized in the wrong spot and getting bumped down.

Re: Posting in correct section
I understand completely, and as a lot of you know, I have been policing this section a ton lately. But I do not have the ability to move threads, that has to be done by Mikey or the long lost Sandnuka.
I can erase them though. So maybe we will give Mikey a chance to relocate them first, before I completely remove them.
And from this point on, I will erase all threads that are posted in the incorrect forum, followed with a pleasant p.m. to that individual explaining why.

Re: Posting in correct section
I wasn't aware of this, so I'll keep an eye out for future posts like that. Thanks for the heads up!
Re: Posting in correct section
Would be nice to delete posts once people have sold their fish.
There's no reason to have a post, if there's nothing left to sell.

Re: Posting in correct section
to be fair to the people posting WTB ads in the"freshwater livestock for sale" ; the subtitle does read, "Buy, Sell, and Trade your freshwater fish, inverts, etc. here"
I know there is a section for wanted fish, but maybe this subtitle could be edited to lessen the confusion.
just a thought
