Long Fin Green Dragons

I am about to acquire a proven pair of Green Dragon long finned Bristlenose plecos.

Have any of you bristlenose keepers seen or heard of these? What do I need to be aware of when trying to get these to spawn? IE: water temp, ph, food, hiding places, plants, etc.. Those kind of things.

I understand that these are not cheap, and are rare plecos, so I am hoping to spawn them. I saw someone on aquabid selling 2"ers for $50

Few people already farming them in Washington. They bread the same as albino bristlenose. They're just a color morph. IMO the calicos look better grown up than the green dragons. Go buy a breeding pair at a place for pets ~

Kevin has some Calico's but they are very small. Maybe I will get some of those also.

He had 1 adult calico, but that was all. And only had like 3 small ones. If you're gonna grow them out, it's a waste of time growing less than 6 at a time. The green dragons only look good when they're smaller IMO.

The adult pair that I will be acquiring are quite beautiful, and are about 4-5". I will have to talk to Kevin about the Calico's.
