Power Outage...
The Thunderstorms that we had yesterday knocked my power out for a couple hours...had me scrambling. I ran to wholesale sports and bought a battery powered aerator. It was only down for about 6 hours, but it was enough for me to start looking at other prepared options. What do you guys have in case of long term power outages? UPS's? Generators?

Nothing right now, but since getting Tropheus I need to figure something out for the up and coming winter.

I have battery operated air pump. In the winter I could cover the tank in blankets and my water heater is on gas so I could do water changes to keep temps up.
