I have rapidly-growing RCS populations in 2 tanks with panda corys. Granted, they're a smaller cory, but I wouldn't worry about corys eating shrimp.

As I said before, I wouldn't worry about corys eating shrimp. I'm not going to give you a promise and a money-back guarantee if they do Very Happy, but corys aren't hunters - they root around in the substrate and sift it through their gills. When shrimp see large things coming at them they get out of the way.
