Bichirs?
Im stunned that I have yet to see any dedication or tilt of the hat towards bichirs. In addition to my discus tanks I always keep a few Ornate Bichirs, and Delheze Bichirs around for my pleasure. They are beautiful unique fish that from their heritage can live on land for short periods of time using their stout pectoral fins. Theres nothing quite like seeing a bichir come shooting out of a hole and tearing a fish to pieces. Though I general discourage the feeding of live fish its almost irresistable on occassion with these guys.

There are several of us on here that have them, just no forum section dedicated to them i guess.

This site does not have a specific "bichir" named section but there are many here who own them. Not me, they are creepy and remind me of Mr. Hankey, The Christmas Poo from South Park.
