They look very well settled
Your sand looks a bit deep. This can be a problem as it can trap waste and can release toxic gas. If you choose to keep it this deep you will want to vaccum it thoroughly every other time or so. I also would recommend being sure to vacuum the sand under the rocks. Otherwise everything looks great.

I have 200 pounds of sand in there and egg crate across the bottom under the rock work. I like to change up the decor a lot, so vacuuming under the rocks is no issue. Thanks!
