definetly a midas... I dont even think its a cross... looks just like a midas... gorgeous fish, and to be perfectly honest, I like them better than the RD... dunno why, just do. Smile

i don't even try to tell anymore.if its not w/c or f1 with proof of w/c parents i barely consider them a cichlid.but this is a very nice pink/orange

Yes, I would say Midas. But due to so much confusion between them and the Devil. The 2 species have been cross bred for years, which has seriously corrupted the lineage of each specie. Unless you have a clear direction back to the source, you almost have to assume that it is a midevil (midas x devil).

But a very nice looking fish non the less.
