Hey, and welcome to WFB! this is the best local fish forum around! You will get to love our community, some great people in here that could help out allot.... Ive already seen some of your posts, and it seems to me your fitting right in!

What fish do you breed? I see Gibberosa Moba is your fav. fish... that is definetly in my top 5 favorite african... definetly my favorite, frontosa/gibberosa... Do you breed those??? I would love to get some if you did! Anyway, welcome again, glad to have you on board.

i don't breed mobas yet but plan to. i just got some 1" f1 fry so i have a long way to go with them. i also have juvie burundis but i am thinking of rehomeing them. so far i have bred julidiochromis marleri, rustys, and electric yellows. about 6 months ago i set up a demasoni species tank and they are already starting to spawn although they haven't held to full term yet. i have acei breeding but not holding well as well as ruby red peacocks and ob peacocks also not holding well yet. i also have a pair of gold severum and a pair of green severum. both pairs are laying eggs but they are not fertilized. they will figure it out sooner or later.

i want to get some cynotilapia afra haras for my mbuna tank, copadichromis borleyi (the yellow variant), z rock lithobates, and victorian flameback haps for my hap tanks. i also need to get more females for my peacocks and my crytocara mooriis.

i would love to set up a tropheus tank soon if i can figure out where to cram in another tank in my house.

i just picked up a 20T and 3 20Ls last week and want to set up a variety of shell dwellers and some neolamprolongus pulchers in them.

as you can tell i have a severe case of MTS.
i currently have 16 tanks and counting.

hey raco ur certainly in the right place. plenty of users are breeding tropheus, cyno afra, Z rocks im currently working with, and C. moori's. also if your trying to find some shellies hit up fishnVW, i had to give him some of mine way back and now hes got proven occies and multies that need a new home. i know its a drive to this side of town but i know quite a few of us go to the GSAS meetings and theres a member that comes down regularly from ur end of town (carpool?) also for those fish that are having trouble breeding give em some freshly hatched baby brine shrimp or decapsulated brine eggs (its a wet product available online). both should help get some better breeding action going. again welcome and glad to have another tang freak in here! Smile

Ps VW also has neolamp pulcher (again given to him by me rofl)

Welcome! I had MTS before, went up to 40 tanks back in Michigan. Electric and water bill did the trick of getting me to scale back. Use to have most in a room with a central heater (kept room 78-82 degrees and central airpump/with sponge filters on all the smaller tanks).

My africans I collect are brought in from out of state and from my importer.
