The spinning seems to stress it to the point of releasing the fry .....interesting video anyway.

If responding to something someone said by saying thank you, because I honestly didnt know that the males carried the young is harming you, then maybe the issue is elsewhere.

The spinning is for the cameras somewhat, but primarily for the fish safety really. If anyone has seen these fish farmed, they are always held in a safety choke hold with the farmer finger prying the mouth open, so the babies or eggs can be released. In short, the power of the aro can cause damage to its own mouth. The spinning is clever really in a enclosed glass box. This is my opinion from what I've seen from other videos.

"Clarifying" was in caps as a response to "him", which was also in caps. The only way to take offense to this is if you were being offensive in the first place. Come on people, what is this middle school. And adonjah, your comment was not only useless, but potentialy offensive. And I promise I do not mean that in an offensive way. It just simply dident contribute anything other then makeing yourself look rude. Please don't take offense. Now can we get back to the fun hobby focused forum that this is supposed to be please.

The only comment I read that was posted to offend and actually did offend anyone, was posted by you. I does suck to see that comment. Look a tmy join date I have been here a long time. But I know that I can't control what people will and will not take offense to wether it was meant to be offensive or not. it sucks to see anyone go away from this site as I feel it is a nice tool for beginers and advanced hobbiests alike. Its a great place to come and get sound advice from people that aren't (for the most part) bias. I don't like seeing it, and there are lots of great people on this site that don't like seeing it. But again, we have no control over what people post, and what people take offense to. I personaly dident see an issue at all with the topic, and i f I would have I would have moderated apropriatly. If for some reason, there is an issue with anything that was said, please contact myself or any other moderator or administrator, and we will take the actions that need to be takin. I am sorry that you are considering leaving (both you and kaosu). But there was simply nothing wrong with what was said. Thanks.
