Rena XP4 powered vacuum.
Having spare parts around, and having a bare-bottom tank, I decided to make due with the parts I have from -

This is the unit the hose will connect to. Having already removed all the bio rocks from that unit except the sponge filter.

So, basically connect one end to the Jaqno unit, turn on the Rena and proceed to vacuum all the crap on the bottom.
Going to test this out later today, hopefully this setup will have more vacuum compared to the python on the faucet.

not a fan of faucet use in siphons, im curious how well this works? i mean with a wet/dry filter/pump i dont see why it wouldnt work...
