Springtail! What do I do? Empty Springtail! What do I do?

Apparently I have a spring tail outbreak in at least 2 tanks. Do I need to get rid of them, and if so, how?? And can they make my fish sick? Could it be possible the cause of my angel fish fry recent high mortality and lack of eating?? HELP!
