attack of the mesquitos Empty attack of the mesquitos

I forgot alas. That I live in WA land of misquetos everytime you leave a cup of water out. >< and it is BAD. I have 3 tubs outside which is what's causing them so terribly.
Is there a fish that can do all of the following things:
Live in under 20 gallons('pond' is 20 but not fully filled)
Eats mosquito larvae
Can be outside all summer with no heater
Wouldn't mind being the only one of its species
Coexist with endlers AND they're fry!
And is legal to own in WA?
I assume no fish that eats mosquitos cares if the water is green or not. Which it is.

I've been netting them out with a fine betta net. So not fun or possible to get them all.

Edit: I will be "screening" them with window screen but I doubt that will keep them all away.

I had a large piece of wood soaking outside in a 55g barrel and I was using a brine shrimp net and catching the little larvae to feed to the fish. I saw a couple had hatched so I knew I was not able to keep up and just drained it out for now. I should have just added a few fish in there.

How many endlers do you have? Is this a breeding tub, or is it a decorative pond? If it is a breeding tub, and you only have a few endlers to start with (great fish race?) then I don't know what I'd recommend. You could always wait till the endlers multiply enough to take care of the mosquito problem themselves (or setup one of those bug zapping lights).

If numbers are not a problem, then you could try white clouds in large amounts! Another possibility could be zebra danios, but those would be big enough to really do a number on the fry. The greenwater should mitigate the fry loss tho.

mosquito fish are similar to guppies in size and I believe are related to guppies.

they voraciously consume mosquito larvae and are often used in backyard ponds.

I picked up screen material for another purpose and decided it would make a decent anti mesqueto barrier. Well see : D and I dump/refilled the empty bin cause I think they green algae died. Four what I /THINK/ are blood worms living in the bottom. A bazillion of them. No wonder they don't want my lame flake food.

bloodworms are the larval form of the midgefly, they will eventually hatch out to midge flies(they look like tiny mosquitos) they live in 3 forms-larvae-pupae (the pupal form look like really slow mosquito larvae) then adult
