***POTM*** Time "Picture Of The Month"

I have been crazy busy at school so the POTM has remained for awhile, and it is time to get Tom's picture off of the Banner.   

We have had a lot of newbs join up that have never been a part of this, so for all the newbies, get me your pictures.  They MUST be emailed to me.

Here is a link to the rules, please read over them.  My email is included in these as well.  PAY ATTENTION TO THE BOTTOM it explains what I need included in the email along with your picture.     [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]

You have 14 days to get me your pictures.  The last day I will except pictures is FEB 25th.  I will have the contest up shortly thereafter.

Sorry. Its been awhile because I have been busy with school, so yes you must sit out this time. I mean really, you got to grace the front page for a few months.

How many sent pictures for the POTM?

This may be a dumb observation but.... If you tell us you sent in a photo and we have been on the site for any amount of time we kind of know what you are raising and kind of know who the photo belongs to.

When the time to vote comes around this may actually make us biased in our decisions. I like the good old anonymous pictures where you really dont have a clue who is raising that fish.

I think I can guess who submitted them even without knowing if people actually submitted a pic..... We are a small group ( relatively speaking) but I don't feel that diminishes the pleasure of viewing all of these pictures nor does it sway my personal vote.... Though I tend to lean toward new world cichlids most times ......

I say bring on the pics!   I'm excited

I can normally figure out who owns the fish in each shot... even if it is just from the picture quality. Does not change the competition though. I generally vote on a sharp picture that would look good on the banner and try to put my prejudice against specific species to the side.

If you want to get in,I need your picture by midnight tonight.

I will try and get them up asap, but with school, the remodel and being behind in school because of the incident with my house, time is limited.
