So i have been lurking a lot lately, but not posting too much, as my wife and I welcomed our daughter last friday morning. I can tell that she already has a passion for fish as she enjoys watching our numerous tanks (and she even helped me shoot a couple of videos today). Anyways, I would like to request that all of you fishboxers out there post up more pictures and videos, as we (her and I) "enjoy" looking/watching them during my nighttime shift (until 2pm nightly)

attached is a picture of me and kinsley from last friday, and then three videos we shot today when she was awake..... I did it one handed with all of the bright light. i hope this gets the ball rolling for the rest of you!
I look forward to seeing all of your tanks (cichlids, community, saltwater, inverts, and plants!)

Thanks all. We are really just so excited to have a cute baby girl! On a fish note, I ran out today during both of my kids' naps (i think my wife napped too;-) to take Janky up on his offer for some free fish. I came away with some real stunners! He has done an amazing job raising them. Here is a quick video of "reggie" getting used to his new tank( i think he enjoys the extra room). In the vid. you will see the 6-7 inch boucorti that I got from madness as well as my 8-9 inch red isletas that I got from addicted2ca. reggie dwarfs both of them... haha guess the pecking order will change shortly

Just adopted a baby girl yesterday evening. I've been searching for her for about a year now. Picture isn't the best and she dosent have much color yet but here is a picture. I'm super excited (not as much as you though ) Also have a fat male, hoping they will one day hook up.

as for reggies size, after i witnessed him rolling a piece of wood away from where he wanted to lay, i netted him and put a tape up next to him..... he comes in just shy of 13.5 inches. holy cow!
