Here's the finished project, with fish and everything! I'm still stocking the tank, thinking of transferring my Julii Cory cats and an Albino BN Pleco in the mix. Anyway, here's the video!

Betty, thank you! It's so relaxing to just lay on the sofa and watch the fish swimming in and out of the tree trunk, and through the plants (real and fake) . . . I'm so excited to put one of the albino BN plecos in there! I'm sharing a couple of them with Lars On, once they get bigger Sharing is caring! lol! I want them to grow up to where I can tell which are males and females, so that I can keep just one male per tank. Woohoo!

Re: 36 Gallon Tank in the Fireplace!
Anthraxx, thank you! Hahaha, well...I'd rather PLAY with the fire, than just watch the fire . The fireplace hasn't been used for YEARS...it was dirty, full of ash, and would smoke black smoke into the house, instead of going out the chimney. It was a lost cause. =P so, instead of paying large sums of money (that we don't have) getting it cleaned up and fixed, we figured it'd be better to just convert it into an aquarium It's definitely putting the fireplace into good use! Hahaha
pbmax, indeed! I could get a good balance of lighting, if the tank was brighter, you could see the fish easier, but then you'd be blinded by the sand, because of the lighting. I had to darken the video in order to get the sand at a viewable brightness, at the cost of making the tank look darker, which also meant, not being able to see the CPDs as well. Still, I'm glad you were able to spot them!
theChad, Thanks! *bow, bow, bow* I'm tellin' ya... you should definitely convert yours as well! ;-) haha
